We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

- The item is returned in resalable condition

Shipping Costs & Refund Deductions
Who pays return shipping:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, or issue caused by us), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- Restocking fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds are initiated as soon as we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 3 to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges
